We accept PayPal, ShopPay and all major credit cards.

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders ship from México City. 

In general orders are processed within 5 business days from the time we receive your order. 

Please note that all orders received after 2pm (CST) on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday. 

The exact shipping amount for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

​​In some cases, items are shipped directly from the designer, so shipping methods may vary. Most shipments are insured. Made-to-order pieces will specify shipment timing in the product description.

Standard domestic shipping within México is 3-5 business days

Standard international shipping is 8-15 business days *Some countries can take up to 30 days. 

Although we try our best to ensure packages are delivered in a timely manner, shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once a package is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. MATERIA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have confirmed delivery to the address provided. 

All orders are subject to duties and taxes. 

Orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. These charges are at the customers own expense. MATERIA has no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as the other customs information, can be obtained by contacting the shipper directly. 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

All sales are final.

MATERIA does not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds, unless your item was damaged in transit in which case we will accept an exchange within 14 days of purchase only with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. MATERIA is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
